Food Safety A restaurant owner pleaded guilty to 14 offences under food hygiene regulations and was fined £5000 plus costs following the discovery of cracked and dirty floor tiles, greasy wall tiles, no hot water to the wash basin, a dirty food cupboard, dirty fluorescent tubes encrusted with insects and seven other offences.
